Putting the Moot Borders to Bed

1st - Saturday - 9.30am

Gardeners please put in your diaries the third annual Putting the Borders to Bed event in the Moot at about 9.30 am on Saturday 1st November 2008. Experienced and/or qualified gardeners will be on hand to direct, instruct or advise. Participants have found this a most useful and satisfying exercise, and it has taken its place as an essential part of the Border's annual programme. A mid-morning snack seems to be a useful thing to bring as well as loppers, pruners, a fork and favourite tools.
