Ten acres of green meadow land for your enjoyment. Take a walk along the mown paths, watch the birds, animals and plant-life in their natural habitat. Sit for a while and watch the river flowing towards Christchurch and the open sea, the swans gliding their leisurely way up and downstream. You may even see a little egret flying past. This is the best place in Downton to ‘snap a sunset’. Plenty of room for children to play and families to have summer picnics.
